NZNO warmly invites your feedback on a revised draft version of the standard for health and disability services. The document sets out the minimum requirements necessary to present fair and equitable health and disability services. It aims to improve the experience and outcomes of people and whanau, and reduce care variation. It reflects a shift to more person- and whānau-centred health and disability services.
