The Food Standards Australia (FSANZ) is calling for submissions to assist consideration of the draft food regulatory measures and  is proposing to provide exemptions from claim requirements in the Food Standards Code for trademarked elements of the Health Star Rating system.

Please find a link to the  consultation paper, and information about  the Health Star Rating system essentially duplicate what’s required in a nutrition information panel.
