RE: Domestic Violence – Victim’s Protection Bill 2016 (Member’s Bill – Jan Logie)
The Bill aims to enhance workplace protections for victims of domestic violence through a series of amendments. The Bill supports victims to stay in paid employment and addresses any discrimination.
The Bill provides for up to 10 days paid leave for people affected, flexible working arrangements and additional protections for victims.
