The Ministry are reviewing their CVD and diabetes risk assessment and management guideline for primary care and welcome your feedback on this draft. The draft incorporates the latest New Zealand based CVD risk equations derived from the PREDICT data set, a Heart Foundation/Te Pou evidential review and key stakeholder feedback from conferences and road show meetings.
