The Government has been reviewing the Regulations under which clients are paid a contribution to their costs associated with reviews of decisions made by ACC. As part of this revision a 14.9% increase is proposed to align the review costs with inflation and there is an opportunity to give feedback on this and other aspects of the Review Costs Regulations.
