HISO is seeking feedback on the draft SNOMED reference set (reference set) which has been developed for gynaecology to support enhanced reporting within the National Patient Flow collection.  
The reference set identifies the most common clinical terms for reason for referral, signs/symptoms, procedures (performed in outpatient settings), along with working and confirmed diagnosis. The reference set, along with information on National Patient Flow can be found online at :
