The Ministry of Health has engaged Allen + Clarke to complete a stocktake of diabetes prevention and management resources.  Resources include both those targeted at consumers and those used by health practitioners. The stocktake tool asks you to:

• identify the diabetes prevention and management resources that you use
• provide comments on the resources to help us understand their usefulness
• identify whether there are any resources you would like to see developed, and if there are any gaps, and
• provide copies of resources, where available.
