The PHC National Delegates Committee and NZNO are looking at ways to provide enhanced support to Senior Nurses in the PHC Sector. The standardisation of job descriptions and titles used across the Sector will encourage this and resources will be developed in the form of a Senior Nurses Toolkit as per agreement with the PHC National Delegates Committee and PHC Sector Group.

This consultation is only on the job descriptions that will be part of the wider resource toolkit.

Please note that the role descriptors are aligned to the DHB senior nurse titles within the DHB MECA.
