NZNO seeks members’ feedback on an issues paper from the Productivity Commission on how to better measure the efficiency of public services, at both a sector and service level and how these measures can form part of effective performance management systems. Feedback is wanted on Note and feedback on any validated measurement tools that support agencies to measure, understand, and improve productivity.
